For our client, a top 20 Cyprus Audit firm, we are looking to find an Audit Senior Manager. Their offices are located in Nicosia and the role is full time in the office.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of audit engagements, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations.
- Develop client-specific audit strategies and methodologies.
- Lead and mentor audit teams, providing guidance, support, and technical advice while managing performance and fostering a collaborative environment.Allocate resources effectively and manage team performance.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the primary contact during audits, addressing concerns, and providing business insights.
- Ensure the quality and accuracy of audit work and reports by reviewing and approving documentation and findings and implementing quality control procedures.
- Stay updated on auditing standards, regulations, and industry trends.
- Resolve complex audit issues and queries.
- Prepare and present audit reports to senior management and clients, communicating findings and recommendations clearly and ensuring timely completion of reports.
Requirements:
- Degree Graduate (2:1 or 7/10 or 3.5/4).
- ACCA/ACA/CPA member with a minimum of 11 years of total audit experience.
- Extensive experience with IFRS, Risk management policies, International Code of Ethics and AML procedures
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Greek.
- Strong business awareness and high ethical standards.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical judgment skills.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor others.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and professional skills.
- Team-oriented with a strong commitment to professional and client service excellence.
- Extensive knowledge and proficiency in auditing software, including Caseware, and excellent knowledge of MS Office programs

Salary:
€45,000 - 55,000 - depending on experience
