For a Corporate Trust & Advisory Services firm, located in Nicosia, we are looking to find a Senior Corporate Administrator, with at least 4 years of experience.
You will be part of their Corporate and Trust Services team, to co-lead and play a pivotal part in managing corporate and compliance tasks, ensuring seamless operations for diverse international clientele. Responsibilities include legal
drafting, acting as a cross-functional problem solver and deliver value and performance.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage licensing and compliance in various jurisdictions
- Liaise with clients, legal advisors, corporate service providers and regulators
- Draft, review legal and corporate documents and negotiate contracts
- Set up, advise and ongoing administration of entities in various jurisdictions
- Advise CEO and teams on legal and regulatory matters
- Coordinate audits, filings and regulatory checks
- Ensure effective KYC, AML and data protection processes
- Implement KYC, due diligence and compliance procedures
Requirements:
- 4+ years of legal and/or compliance experience is a must
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks
- Proven experience drafting and managing commercial agreements
- Solid law degree (LLM, LLB) or Business Administration (MBA), additional compliance certifications are a plus
- Strong commitment to high standards of client service and relationship building
- Excellent written and verbal language in English and Greek
- Knowledge of fiduciary services and pertinent AML regulations
- Proficient in MS Office software and computer literate
- Multi-tasking, attention to deal and strong organizational and self-management skills
