For our client, a specialized company for outsourced omnichannel customer support, experience, and complaint handling, we are looking to find a Quality Control Officer.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in the assessment and investigation of complaints.
- Provide reports according to the company’s Quality Control standards and guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards by studying inbound and outbound monitoring.
- Conduct support, provide guidance and demonstrate reports for Conversion and Retention calls with misconducted calls and/or flag investigation.
- Be responsible for call reports from client complaints, providing Flags Tittle explanation for regulated as required.
- Provide recommendations to influence improvements on quality activities and inspections.
- Perform any other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- BSc Degree Quality Management, Engineering or any related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within the forex/fintech industry.
- Strong attention to detail and In-depth understanding of industry standards.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English.
- Skilled in problem solving, punctuality, ability to work under pressure.
- Familiarity with quality control tools and CRM systems.
- +Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Salary:
€2,500 - 3,000 monthly gross, depending on experience
