For a group organisation, based in Larnaca, we are seeking to find a proactive HR Manager. This role is key to enhancing the HR operations and supporting the continued growth of the organisation.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Liaise and coordinate with external HR service providers across Cyprus.
- Oversee onboarding, orientation, and employee training initiatives.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR databases.
- Address employee relations matters and provide guidance to management on HR best practices.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Organize and monitor performance appraisal processes and support employee development plans.
- Administer payroll, benefits, and leave management.
- Enhance a positive and inclusive workplace culture, promoting employee engagement and diversity.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Human Resources management or officer-level role.
- In-depth knowledge of Cyprus employment laws and HR compliance standards.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage sensitive issues with discretion.
- Fluency in both Greek and English, written and spoken; additional languages are an advantage.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Salary:
€2000 - 2500 monthly gross - negotiable depending on experience
