Responsibilities:
- Proactively approach and engage potential new clients via phone, video digital channels
- Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert them into active clients
- Manage and maintain client relationships throughout the sales process
- Coordinate internally to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
- Maintain accurate records of all communications and sales activities
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in telemarketing, Tele-Sales, or a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English. Any other language is an advantage
- Goal-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
