For a leading corporate services provider based in Larnaca, specializing in incorporation and administration services and we are now seeking a talented individual to join their team as a Corporate Administrator.
Responsibilities:
- Handling incorporation and administration tasks for Cyprus and foreign companies.
- Liaising with various parties for company incorporation.
- Maintaining corporate records and amending documentation.
- Issuing corporate certificates, trust deeds, etc.
- Handling document certification and apostille processes.
- Signing corporate documents like contracts and agreements.
- Following procedures for restoration, re-domiciliation, etc.
- Providing general corporate support services.
- Handling dispatch of original documents.
- Communicating with clients and responding to inquiries.
Requirements:
- University degree in Law or relevant will be considered as an advantage.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate administration.
- Proficiency in English and Greek.
- Excellent computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Customer service-oriented.
- Ability to handle confidential information.
- Positive and professional demeanor.
- Attention to detail.
