For our client, we are seeking to recruit a Client Bookkeeper / Back-office Administration Officer to join their team based in Larnaca. The successful applicant will posses a minimum of 1+ years’ relevant experience in client accounting/bookkeeping.
Responsibilities:
- Bookkeeping and accounting of financial transactions using Sofia software for international clients
- Assisting in Preparation and submission of VAT returns and VIES.
- Assisting with Preparation of payroll reports
- Dealing with financial paperwork and filing
- Liaising and maintaining cooperation with all service providers: auditors, advisors, administrators, bankers
- Administrative functions and office management duties
- Any other duties allocated by the Head of the Department
- Assist with client due diligence and KYC procedures for corporate clients and individuals
- Maintain and update all relevant records of both corporate and natural individuals in the corporate software system
Requirements:
- Ideally educated with Degree level in Accounting/Finance or related field
- A minimum of 1 years of relevant experience in the field of Accounting from within the profession
- Experience in International Accounting will be considered as an advantage
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft office
- Knowledge of Sofia (accounting and stock control software) would be a strong advantage
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills in English & German (Written & Spoken), will be considered an advantage
- Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
- Good team player with a strong work ethic

Salary:
€1500 - 2000 monthly gross, depending on experience
