Audit Associate - Paphos
For our client, a top 10 Global Accounting & Audit Firm, we are looking to find an Audit Associate, to join their offices in Limassol.
Responsibilities:
- As an Audit Associate, you will be responsible for preparing accounts and financial statements with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- You will audit companies across various business sectors, gaining exposure to a wide range of industries.
- Implementing audit plans and controls will be a key part of your role, ensuring that each engagement runs smoothly and meets the required standards.
- You will also ensure that all assignments are completed within the designated timeframe, managing your workload effectively to deliver quality results on time.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or other related field.
- Qualified or Semi-qualified ACA or ACCA.
- Minimum 2 years of work experience.
- Knowledge of Caseware Audit International or other related methodology.
- Understanding of fixed assets, bank and cash, capital and reserves.
- Good command of Microsoft Office Excel.
- Good analytical skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Pro-active state of mind in developing technical knowledge and understanding of current accounting and audit regulations and issues.
- Confident enough to speak up, bring forward initiatives and suggestions.
- Attention to detail.
- Team-oriented mindset and being capable of working independently and responsibly.

Salary:
€1500-1900 monthly gross, depending on experience
