For our client, a construction company based in Larnaca, we are currently looking to recruit an Architect to join our small and fast-growing team with potential career perspectives.
This is a great opportunity to oversee the delivery of large and prestigious developments in Cyprus and/or abroad from inception to completion and to gain on-site experience. The right candidate must have a positive attitude towards challenging tasks and an outstanding attention to detail. Responsibilities:
- Assist in design coordination.
- Assist in the preparation of construction drawings using Revit.
- Assist in the preparation of tender documents and BOQs.
- Maintain and coordinate REVIT models to a high standard of accuracy and in accordance with BIM procedures.
- Attend on-site meetings when/if necessary.
- Report to the Design Manager.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in architecture or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience.
- Must understand the practice of architecture, project delivery, and modern construction methods.
- Proficient with AutoCAD along with a good knowledge of Revit .
- Experience liaising with other consultants to ensure building regulation compliance.
- In depth construction knowledge and documentation preparation.
- Have a great work ethic and collaborative teamwork skills.
- Great time management and organisational skills.
- Desire and ability to work in a fast-paced and rigorous environment with tight deadlines in periods.
- Excellent problem solver and strong follow through.
- Focused and proactive individual.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Greek.
- Knowledge of the following software is an advantage: Navisworks and Revit MEP

Salary:
€27,000 - 28,000 annual gross, payable in 12 installments
